Night Fishing

A limited number of night fishing parking permits will be issued for Lambert’s Cove Beach. This free pass allows parking in the lot between the hours of 9pm and 7am. Applications are available at the tennis shed.

Ball Fields

West Tisbury has two ball fields. To schedule a time please call the Parks and Recreation office at 508-696-0147 or you can download a form from the town website and drop it at the town hall. There is a registration fee of $25 per use or $100 for one day per week per season, $200 for two nights per week per season and $300 for three nights per week per season. Please respect our carry-on/carry-off policy.

Tennis courts at the West Tisbury School may be reserved in advance at the tennis shed, daily 9am-12pm as well as 4-7pm Fri., Sat., and Sun. Court fee is $20 per hour per court or you can purchase a key for the season for $50.

Beach Stickers

Lambert’s Cove stickers go on sale Sat. June 19 daily 9am-12noon as well as 4-7pm Fri. Sat and Sun. Car sticker fee is $50 walk-opn pass is $10.
They can be purchased at the Park and Rec shed at the tennis courts at the West Tisbury School.
The beach opens with lifeguard protection Sat. June 26 daily 10am -5pm.

Dog Permits and Guidelines for Beaches

Dog permits are needed to allow your dog on Lamberts Cove Beach. Permits are $5 per dog. You can purchase permits begining Sat. June 19 daily 9am-12pm as well as 4-7pm Fri. Sat. and Sun at the Park and Rec. shed at the West Tisbury School.
This permit allows dogs on the beach before 10 AM and after 6:30 PM.
